Global Toolbar

The global toolbar is located in the upper right corner of the page, providing a set of global functions that you can use on any page at any time to personalize your experience.

Toolbar Navigation

From left to right:

Theme Toggle

Click the theme toggle icon to switch between light theme and dark theme.

  • When in light theme, a moon icon is displayed; clicking switches to dark theme
  • When in dark theme, a sun icon is displayed; clicking switches to light theme

Tip: Theme settings are automatically saved and will persist the next time you log in.

Steps

  1. Find the theme toggle icon (sun or moon) in the upper right corner of the page
  2. Click the icon to switch the theme

Language Selection

Click the language selection icon to switch the interface display language. The system supports multiple languages, currently available languages include:

  • Chinese (default)
  • English

Steps

  1. Find the language selection icon (globe) in the upper right corner of the page
  2. Click the icon and select the target language from the dropdown menu
  3. The interface will immediately switch to the selected language

Tip: Language settings are automatically saved and will persist the next time you log in.

Help

Click the help icon (question mark) to open a dropdown menu providing the following four function entries:

Product Documentation

Click "Product Documentation" to open the product's online help documentation in a new tab, where you can find detailed usage instructions for each functional module.

Steps:

  1. Click the question mark icon in the upper right corner
  2. Select "Product Documentation" from the dropdown menu
  3. The system will open the product documentation website in a new browser tab

API Documentation

Click "API Documentation" to open the built-in Swagger UI interface, where you can browse all REST API endpoint definitions and debug APIs online.

Swagger UI provides the following capabilities:

  • API Browsing: View all API endpoints, request parameters, and response formats
  • Online Debugging: Send API requests directly in the page and view results without installing additional tools
  • Data Models: View request and response data structure definitions

Steps:

  1. Click the question mark icon in the upper right corner
  2. Select "API Documentation" from the dropdown menu
  3. The system navigates to the Swagger UI page
  4. In Swagger UI, select the API group to view and expand the endpoint definitions
  5. Click the "Try it out" button to debug online

Tip: API documentation is primarily intended for developers and system integrators. General users typically don't need this feature.

Load Demo Data

Click "Load Demo Data" to import preset demo data into the system, helping you quickly understand the system's features. Demo data includes demo CI instances, dashboards, queries, etc.

Note

This operation is only applicable to demo and evaluation environments. Do not execute this operation in production environments to avoid data contamination. The system will display a confirmation dialog before loading. Please read the warning message carefully.

Steps:

  1. Click the question mark icon in the upper right corner
  2. Select "Load Demo Data" from the dropdown menu
  3. The system displays a confirmation dialog warning about the risks
  4. After confirming, click the "OK" button
  5. Wait for data loading to complete; the system will show "Demo data loaded successfully"

Applicable Scenarios:

  • When using the system for the first time, understanding the effects of each functional module through demo data
  • During training or demonstrations, quickly generating displayable data
  • Verifying functionality in a test environment

About

Click "About" to open an information dialog displaying basic system information.

The dialog contains the following information:

  1. Click the question mark icon in the upper right corner
  2. Select "About" from the dropdown menu
  3. View system information in the popup dialog
  4. Click "OK" to close the dialog

User Center

User Center is accessed through the avatar icon in the upper right corner. Clicking the avatar expands a dropdown menu with the following options:

Personal Settings

Click "Personal Settings" to enter the personal profile management page, where you can view and modify your personal information.

Viewing Personal Information

The personal settings page displays your basic information in a description list format:

Modifying Personal Information

  1. Click the "Edit" button in the upper right corner of the personal settings page
  2. The page switches to edit mode where you can modify First Name, Last Name, and Email
  3. After making changes, click the "Save" button to submit
  4. To discard changes, click the "Cancel" button to exit edit mode

Tips:

  • Username cannot be changed after creation
  • Email field requires a valid email format
  • First Name and Last Name are required fields

Changing Password

  1. Click the "Change Password" button in the upper right corner of the personal settings page
  2. Fill in the following information in the popup dialog:
    • Current Password: Enter your current password
    • New Password: Enter the new password (at least 6 characters)
    • Confirm Password: Enter the new password again to ensure consistency
  3. Click the "Save" button to complete the password change
  4. After successful change, the dialog closes automatically and the system shows "Password changed successfully"

Tips:

  • New password must be at least 6 characters
  • If the two new password entries don't match, the system will display an error
  • Please keep your new password secure after changing it

Log Out

Securely log out of the current account.

Steps:

  1. Click the avatar in the upper right corner
  2. Select "Log Out" from the dropdown menu
  3. The system automatically redirects to the login page

Tip: After logging out, the system will complete the sign-out through the unified identity authentication service to ensure your account security. If you are using a public device, please always log out when finished.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will switching languages affect my data?

A: No. Switching languages only changes the interface display language and does not affect any data content.

Q: What if I forget my password?

A: If you forget your password and cannot log in, please contact the system administrator to reset it. If you can log in normally, you can change your password through the "Change Password" feature on the "Personal Settings" page.
